Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your pickup is confirmed. Check your inbox or spam folder.
How often are tracking updates sent?
Updates are sent at key milestones: pickup, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered.
What if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
Contact us immediately. We retain proof-of-delivery photos and signatures for every shipment.
Can my recipient also track the package?
Yes. We send tracking notifications to both the sender and recipient by default.
